Shipping Information:

All orders that are purchased with a Credit Card will be shipped within 72 hours.

All orders purchased with a check or money order will be shipped within 7 to 10 days after the check or money order clears the bank.

There will be a $25.00 dollar Returned check fee for all returned Checks.

In most cases the shipping and handling fee will be $5.00 U.S. for shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Pert Rico will be slightly higher. Please contact us directly at our 800 number for shipping to these areas and for International Shipping.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All Custom Orders and Personalized merchandise is non returnable.

Returns and Refunds are for merchandise that is received damaged in shipment only. All return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All cancellations on orders must be received within 48 hours of order placement. This is for all types of payment as credit card orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order.

All Item sizes are listed in the Item description but some items can be re-sized, please contact about an Individual item if you want it re sized.

In most cased all items are one of a kind due to the natural stone that is used in the item and cannot be reproduced.

All Pieces are subject to prior sale unless indicated that there is more than one of a particular Item.

Most All Items can be purchased separately or in sets. (we can separate a Necklace from a bracelet and earrings set or the earrings from a set. If an Item is listed by itself then there is no set made up for it).

We do custom orders at slightly higher prices.
