 My husband Ed has been in the Southern Nevada area since 1950 and has been collecting rocks in the surrounding area and adjoining states in his quest to find that special one of a kind material that he likes to work with the best.  He is an accomplished stone cutter and does all the cabochons for me. 

 I have been in the Southern Nevada area for the last 28 years.  I have gone on numerous treks into the wilderness to collect material with my husband.  I have been beading for the last 50 years, since I was a small child.  I have been incorporating the cabochons into my beading for the last five years. 

 We have been doing Wire wrapping for the last 15 or so years.

 We have both picked up Silver Smithing to enhance our pieces along the way. 

 My husband and I teach Stone Cutting, Beading, Wire wrapping and Silver Smithing locally.

 We are long standing members of the local Gem and Mineral Society.
